Frequently asked Questions 

1. What are your foam hands made from?

Our foam hands are made from premium open-cell flame retardant  foam that is lightweight, durable and safe for events, stadiums and promotional use.

2. Are your products made in the UK?

Yes — Gladiator Foam manufactures all products in the UK and runs WavyHands.net from our Mossley premises in Greater Manchester.We also source other materials used in the production process,in the UK.  

3. Do you offer custom printing or branding?

Yes — we print logos, text and full-colour designs. Send your artwork, preferred size and quantity and we’ll issue a proof and quote.

4. What file types should I send for custom printing?

Preferred formats: vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) or high-resolution PNG/TIFF (300 dpi). Provide fonts or convert text to outlines and include Pantone/CMYK colour references if exact colour matching is required.

5. Is there a minimum order quantity for custom prints?

We can make 1 or up to 30000 foam hands the more you buy the cheaper the unit cost becomes. Cost may apply for certain small bespoke print runs— contact us with your details for an exact quote.

6. How long does production take?

For stock items: orders placed before midday (Mon–Fri) during factory hours are often dispatched same working day. For custom orders, production depends on artwork approval and quantity; please contact us for a lead-time estimate.  

7. Do you provide visual proofs?

Yes — a design proof is provided for approval before production on all custom orders.

8. How much is postage and how long does delivery take?

Delivery options and pricing are shown at checkout. Typical domestic delivery is 1–5 working days depending on the option you choose. Next-day and tracked options are available. You can buy multiple foam hands up to 10 units for the same minimum postage cost.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Currently we do not offer international shipping via the website. If you need an overseas shipment, please contact us to discuss options.  

10. What is your returns & refunds policy?

We accept returns within 30 days if the item is unused and in its original condition. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email office@wavyhands.net with your order number and photos.  

11. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay through the Shopify checkout.  

12. Can I collect my order from your premises?

Yes — local collections are possible by prior arrangement. Please contact us to confirm collection details.

13. Do you offer sample or prototype options?

We can often provide sample pieces for a fee (which may be deducted from a final order). Contact us to discuss a prototype if you need to check size, feel or print quality.

14. What should I do if I need my order urgently?

Tell us your event date when enquiring — we’ll do our best to accommodate rush orders and offer expedited shipping where possible.

15. How do I get a quote for a large or branded order?

 Use our contact form with: quantity, product type, desired artwork, delivery postcode and event date. We’ll respond with pricing and lead times and our email to send any artwork.
