DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping.

Orders placed before Midday during factory operating hours 9am-5pm Monday to Friday  will be dispatched the same working  day and delivered between 1-5 working days depending on the postal service selected. Orders placed outside of these hours will be dispatched the next Working day..

 When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

 We don't offer  international shipping at this time.

 REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGESWe accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order cost. 

 In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at office@wavyhands.net with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
